World Earth Day
Yesterday, we celebrated Earth Day 2026 with a day full of learning and action. We began by taking part in a live lesson, which was packed with interactive activities and inspiring ideas about climate change. Throughout the session, we explored what climate change is, learned about greenhouse gases and carbon dioxide (CO₂), and discovered how our everyday choices can make a positive difference to the planet.
To round off the day, we put our learning into action by taking part in a litter pick on our way back from our swimming lesson. It was a great opportunity to help care for our local environment and reflect on how small actions can contribute to a healthier world.
