Elliott’s Cup
I am thrilled to share some exciting news from today’s football match, where our Chaucer football team played against Flakefleet in the Elliott’s Cup. What a fantastic game it turned out to be!
From the very start, our team displayed impressive determination and teamwork, moving the ball swiftly and effectively across the pitch. Every player contributed to our success, and I am incredibly proud of the hard work shown throughout the game. The final score was an outstanding 7-3 in our favour. Special mentions go to Zackary, who netted three goals, alongside Finley and Adrian, who both contributed with two goals each.
This means our team will progress to the quarter-finals, where they will be playing Stanah. This is a fantastic achievement.
