Growth Mindset and Wellbeing

3/4S took part in BBC’s specially created live programme,  all about emotional wellbeing. It was a 30-minute live, interactive lesson, which explored: recognising emotions, developing resilience and a growth mindset and tips for self-care.

It has been found that over 4 in 5 children and young people say they are happy with their lives, however it also said there are a lot of young people who do not feel this way. As a class, we spoke about the importance of taking time out of our day to write down a couple of things about what is going well for us in our lives at that moment, to help boost confidence and mood.
